A Leap of Faith...

I have a soft announcement, meaning it's not BIG but it's news. Since I know most of you readers personally, you've probably heard me talking recently about this project I'm working on right now. It's a huge project, and if you know me well, you know it's something I've actually been working on for about 8 years. And it's something I'll probably be working on for the next 8 years, at least.
Since I graduated I've been working every day, and feel very excited about this project, but it's also a MASSIVE undertaking. Because it's been in my head for so long, and it's gonna take a long time for me to share it, I'm obviously very nervous and uncertain. But someone put it in words for me, they called it a "leap of faith." And that's exactly what it is. A leap of faith. The biggest leap of faith I've ever taken, and that includes quitting my job and moving to another state on a gut feeling to go to art school.
It's a story about a girl named June. And while I'm really really excited for you all to meet June, it's gonna be a long time before you get to know her as well as I do.
So I've decided to give my faithful and kind patrons exclusive first access to some work in progress. I promise I will make this a regular thing, since I don't really want to do a web comic type thing but still want to regularly put this out into the world.
If you also want to see what I'm posting over there, you can become a patron here, and see it for only $1/month contribution. Patrons also get to see monthly playlists of the music I'm currently listening to while working. Which is very cool and you should listen to it. Today's song is on that playlist. This is the "thing" i'm going to be doing for the rest of my life. Comics. and this project is going to be a big big part of that. So, I'm stoked, and I hope you come along for the ride. Lastly, if you haven't picked up a copy of I Don't Want to be Famous yet, here's the link. All the best, and all my love, a.z.
